Post-Op Packages

After an operation, your body holds onto excess fluid and inflammation as it works to heal. While a single lymphatic drainage session can offer some relief, healing is a process—not a one-time event. Multiple sessions support your body through each stage of recovery by:

  • Reducing swelling and fluid buildup

  • Reducing and preventing buildup of scar tissue

  • Enhancing circulation and immune support

  • Accelerating healing and improving comfort

  • Reducing stress and promoting emotional well-being

Package offerings:

  • 4 Standard Recovery Sessions: 420.00

  • 4 Recovery in Luxury Sessions: 580.00

(By purchasing a package, you save $100 across four sessions!)

FAQs

  • MLD is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique that helps move fluid through the lymphatic system. After surgery, your body often retains fluid, causing swelling and discomfort. MLD supports healing by reducing that swelling, preventing hard tissue (fibrosis), and improving circulation.

  • Most clients begin within 3–7 days post-op, depending on their surgeon’s guidance. Early sessions are extra gentle and focused on comfort and safety. Always consult your surgeon before beginning.

  • I specialize in using Lymphatic Therapy to help you recover after tummy tucks, BBLs, Diastasis Recti repair and many other types of operations and procedures. Depending on your needs (and once you are beyond the acute stages of recovery), we can even explore tools like IASTM (muscle scraping) and rehabilitative massage to further address leftover scar tissue and tightness.

  • This depends on the type of surgery and how your body responds. Typically, clients start with 1-2 sessions per week for the first few weeks, then taper as swelling decreases and the body’s condition improves. Many people benefit from at least 5–10 sessions total for optimal results.

  • No—MLD is very gentle and relaxing. It’s not deep tissue or traditional massage. It’s specifically designed to be soothing and supportive during the healing process. Most clients say they feel lighter, calmer, and more comfortable after each session.

  • On the day of your appointment, I will arrive at your home/space about 15-20 minutes before the appointment start time so that I can set up my equipment (I will need a roughly 5’x9’ space for set up). What I bring to you: my expertise in lymphatic therapy and holistic health, an extra cushy and wide heated massage table, relaxing music, clean linens, supportive bolsters, & cozy blankets, high quality natural massage lotion, natural boar bristle dry brushes, and everything else needed to create a serene, spa-like experience in your home. After our session concludes, I will simply pack up my things, answer any questions you may have, and be on my way! Payment can be completed via cash, card, or Venmo.

  • To support your healing and get the most out of your lymphatic massage:

    • Hydrate well – Drink plenty of water today to help your body flush out toxins and excess fluid.

    • Rest when possible – Your body is doing deep internal work. Take it easy and allow time to heal.

    • Avoid tight clothing – Wear loose, comfortable clothes to encourage healthy lymph flow.

    • Support your lymph system – Gentle movement like walking, deep breathing, or light stretching can help continue the drainage process.

    • Listen to your body – Mild fatigue or increased urination is normal. If anything feels concerning, reach out or consult your care team.

If you have any questions, I’m here for you. Regular sessions will continue to support your healing and overall well-being.
